Organizational History Community Partners Cooperating Partners Governance By-Laws Board of Directors Advisory Board Officers Governance Redco is governed by the By-Laws of the organization and directed by actions of the Board of Directors, which meets quarterly.  Action to amend the By-Laws can be taken by the board at any regularly scheduled or called board meeting and at the Annual Meeting.  Interim decisions can be made by the Executive Committee, which includes the officers of the corporation.
